In Our Country there are three heads in Central State Relation i.e. 

  1. Legislative Relation, 
  2. Administrative relations, 
  3. Financial relations.
Legislative Relation: Articles 245 to 255 in Part IX of the constitution explain with the legislative relations between the center and the states. There are four aspects in the Center-State legislative relations, i.e., 


  • Territorial extent of Central and State legislation; 
  • Distribution of legislative subjects; 
  • Parliamentary legislation in the state field; 
  • Center's control over state legislation.
