Explanation 1. T.R Zeliang is appointed as the Chief Minister of Nagaland. Governor of the state P.B Acharya has appointed him after the former C.M failed to turn up in the assembly.

Explanation 2. President Pranab Mukherjee inaugurated the "Bicentenary Celebration of the Heroic Paika Rebellion of Odisha". The rebellion was made by the people of Odisha against the British rule in 1817.

Telengana has planned to build up Eco-Friendsly Bridges for the movement of tigers over a canal across the Tiger corrider linking the Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve in Maharashtra and forests of Kumram Bheem Asifabad district of Telengana.It is first of its kind.
