How to Fill a Grievance at PG Portal for SSC Exams

Here we have discussed the step by step procedure to fill up a Grievance at PG portal for upcoming SSC examinations. If you have any issue with your application or any examination related factors, you can follow the given steps and register your complaint easily.

STEP BY STEP GUIDE TO FILE STUDENT GRIEVANCE

Step 1. Visit Official website of PG Portal: http://pgportal.gov.in/GrievanceNew.aspx

Step 2. Choose "Public Grievance" as shown below:

Step 3. Click on the Checkbox "I agree that my grievance does not fall in any of the above listed categories" and Click on Submit Button.

Step 4. Select Ministry / Department - Personnel and Training (Department)

Step 5. Select Grievance Category - 

• CGL Exams Related Issue If Any Issues Related to SSC CGL or 
• You can choose SSC Exams Related Issues for Other SSC Exams Like: SSC CHSL(10+2) or SSC MTS. as shown in below Image.

Step 6. Now Fill Rest of the Sections Like Name, Address, PinCode, Country, State, District, Phone Number, Mobile Number, Email ID & Grievance Description up to 4000 Characters.

• While Filling Description (Up to 4000 Characters): Start with Respected Sir and write your Issues / Query / Etc. in own Language. 

Step 7. If You Want to Upload Any Authentic documents in PDF then Click Yes or you can leave as No. 

Step 8. Enter the Captcha Code & Click Submit. 

Once The Applicated is Subitted You May Get Confirmation E-mail / Message.
