Solution
= (1250×36)/100 + (2050×30)/100 + (1800×42)/100
= 450 + 615 + 756
= 1821
2.No. of children in colony A = (1250 × 30)/100 = 375
No. of children in colony E = (1620 × 20)/100 = 324
Required% = (375/324) × 100 = 116% (approx)
3.Required ratio = 50 : 30 = 5 : 3
4.Average number of residents from all the colonies together
= (1250 + 2050 + 1800 + 1150 + 1620)/5
= 1574
5.Required difference = (38 26)% of 1150 = 138
6.Required% = (0.9/12) × 100 = 7.5%
7.Required average
= (11.3 + 6 + 18 + 1 + 1.5)/5 × 100
= 756
8.No. of music shows in cities N and Q
= 15% of (13 + 12.4) × 100
= 2667
9.Required ratio = 12.4 : 9.8 = 124 : 98 = 62 : 49
10.Total number of stand up comedy shows
= (0.8 + 2 + 0.3 + 1 + 3 + 0.7) × 100
= 780
